All-University Sing is one of Baylor's most beloved traditions, a seven minute musical and choreographed production performed on the Waco Hall stage before thousands. In the spring of 2026, the brothers of Phi Chi poured months into rehearsals, learning the choreography, building the set, and refining our act as a chapter.
For us, Sing is more than a competition. It is a chance to use the gifts God has given each of us, so that we can work as one body toward a common goal, and to point an audience of thousands toward salvation and joy. Taking second place among dozens of organizations was an honor, but the greater reward was the time we got to spend building it with each other and the clear reminder that everything we do is for the Lord's glory.
Baylor's Homecoming Parade is the oldest collegiate homecoming celebration in the nation, and the float competition is its centerpiece. In the fall of 2025, Phi Chi spent weeks at our float with Pi Beta Phi, cutting, painting, and stuffing thousands of pomps by hand to bring our designs to life.
The build is a labor of love that draws the whole chapter together, older members working alongside new members, everyone contributing to something bigger than themselves. Winning first place was a proud moment, but the lasting picture is of brothers serving one another through the work, a reflection of the unity and purpose that hold Phi Chi together.
Excellence is more than a value we speak about. Brothers held one another accountable in the classroom, and it showed. Phi Chi earned the highest average GPA of any fraternity on campus in both Fall 2025 and Spring 2026.
